WORLD-CLASS LEADERSHIP DRIVING INDUSTRY INNOVATION

America First Refining is building a cutting-edge refinery in Brownsville, Texas, leveraging commercially proven technologies in a uniquely integrated design to produce high-octane, cleaner fuels. Led by a world-class team of industry veterans, this project embodies the ingenuity, determination, and excellence that define American energy leadership and strengthen our nation’s energy independence.

CLEAN FUELS FROM AMERICAN SHALE, POWERED BY HYDROGEN

America First Refining is pioneering the future of American energy with a hydrogen-powered refinery that will produce some of the cleanest fuels in the United States. This achievement is made possible through an innovative approach to power generation and the use of advanced technologies developed by leading American and global engineering firms. Together, we’re setting a new standard for clean, homegrown refining—driven by innovation, efficiency, and American ingenuity.

America First Refining is currently in Phase I of construction of its new refinery. This refinery will lead the way in sustainability by using excess produced hydrogen to make cleaner fuels. By running on produced hydrogen and processing only high-quality U.S. shale oil, we create low-emission fuels while helping to cut down on carbon pollution. We are also building a natural gas power plant that can use hydrogen to produce electricity for the local power grid (ERCOT), helping to meet the energy needs of nearby communities.
